1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before? Worked at the same job all year full time, left my dad's house in IL on good terms, bought a car from a dealership

2. Did you keep your new years' resolution, and will you make more for next year? I always vow to take better care of my diabetes and to exercise more...and I didn't really do either one. This year I'm making the resolution to go back to school and to develop a support system so that I will stay with it until graduation.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth? I think Lindsay's had another kid by now. Other than that, no.

4. Did anyone close to you die? Yes, my classmate since kindergarten and first crush, Sam Larsen.

5. What countries did you visit? I didn't really visit anywhere. Went to Myrtle Beach for spring break and that's about it.

6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004? Less debt

7. What dates from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? None really other than the normal holidays.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Not killing certain people and staying with my job.

9. What was your biggest failure? Not getting the hell out of here when I had the chance.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury? Yeah...I got sicker than hell in September.

11. What was the best thing you bought? My car.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration? I wish I had people to list here.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? There were a few who I won't name.

14. Where did most of your money go? Car, clothes, internet

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? car, spring break

16. What song will always remind you of 2004? None really stand out.

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
a) happier or sadder? about the same
b) thinner or fatter? maybe a little thinner...but not much
c) richer or poorer? richer...but it all goes to bills

18. What do you wish you'd done more of? getting out

19. What do you wish you'd done less of? staying in

20. How will you be spending Christmas? Eatting pizza with mum and sleeping. I have to work Christmas Eve/Christmas morning

21. Did you fall in love in 2004? Nope

22. How many one-night stands? Well it wasn't ONE night...but I had one very platonic relationship.

23. What was your favorite TV program? The apprentice.

24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? I have a new way of looking at a couple people...but I wouldn't say hate.

25. What was the best book you read? Too hard to remember...but the Lemony Snicket series is a nice light fun read.

26. What was your greatest musical discovery? Lemon Jelly

27. What did you want and get? A reliable car, a nice vacation.

28. What did you want and not get? Out.

29. What was your favorite film of this year? None that I can think of.

30. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? Worked, and I was 23

31. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? A suport system of people who believed in me.

32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004? Same as it was in 2003...thrifty.

33. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Owen Wilson

35. What political issue stirred you the most? Health Care

36. Who did you miss? Shawn, Jessica

37. Who was the best new person you met? Jason, Sween

38. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2004: Sometimes things take longer than you think they should and if you have a bad feeling about something you should investigate it.

39. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year: Shut up. No one asked you to open your mouth. Shut up. If you do not like me how about...shut up. Why waste your energy on me? Is it cause you want to be me?
